Hi, I'm Adrian! I'm currently based in Cardiff with an interest in all things technology related; especially software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership.
I enjoy solving business challenges with the right tool for the job, whether this be through development, architecture, design, process, or all of the aforementioned.
I am polyglot engineer with experience of software engineering and agile principles throughout the project lifecycle on various IT, infrastructure, software, and product delivery projects to date (covering initial requirements, design & development process, quality assurance, go-live, and productive support in both an iterative and waterfall manner).
I am an inquisitive self-starter, and a natural problem solver—left with an editor, environment, and access to technical/language/framework documentation I am able to progress independently and prefer to do so through an exploratory manner.
I enjoy communicating technical understanding to others, working with and coaching development teams. I find that I learn and grow the most myself when I teach and convey ideas or concepts to others.
